Unlike many other retailers, Family Express® does not charge a fee when using our ATMs.
However, this does not mean your banking institution is not charging a fee and any charges on your statement is likely a result of this.
NOTE: One bank that does not charge a fee is Horizon Bank. We have contracted with them for free ATM services if their customers use our ATMs, and because of this agreement, they will not pass on any bank fee to their customers when using any of our ATMs at our locations.
Cash Depot is the company we contract for ATM services. If you believe the fee is not from your bank we recommend that you contact customer service for Cash Depot via 1-800-776-8834. The number is listed on all of our ATMs. They can verify if the charge was made in error and correct or reverse that fee, or they can verify if the fee is from your financial institution. If it is a bank fee we recommend you request they stop charging these fees and they can do that by contacting us, just as Horizon Bank has done.
