In October 2018 we made an upgrade to the software that powers the F.E. Perks program. As a result, all existing accounts need to reset their password. Don't worry, none of your Perks are lost!
Please look for an email from email@example.com that was sent by Family Express in November. Click on the link provided to reset your password.
Once you have done this, you will once again have access to check your balance, use your mobile # at the store, and manage your F.E. Perks cards.
