We recently made an upgrade to the software that powers the F.E. Perks program. As a result, all existing accounts need to reset their password. Don't worry, none of your Perks are lost!
Please look for an email from firstname.lastname@example.org that was sent by Family Express on Wednesday 10/24. Click on the link provided to reset your password.
Once you have done this, you will once again have access to check your balance, use your mobile # at the store, and manage your F.E. Perks cards.
