Your request will be reviewed within three weeks from the date is received.
Highlights of our gifting program:
- All Donations are considered equally and do our best to share donations across the communities we serve.
- All requests must be in writing, and we encourage using our form. Additional literature on the event can be submitted with the request form.
- We require as much notice as possible but no less than 3 weeks from the event date or pick up date.
- Our practice is to provide FE branded products when available for in-kind donations.
- All donations must be picked up from the distribution center or office Monday through Friday between 9am and 3pm. Nothing will be delivered to the store for pick up, nor scheduled for weekend pick up.
- Support of patriotism or love of country is one of the key objectives of our gifting program. We request support for this objective be displayed at the event in which the donation is requested. There is a section for patriotism support on the form that the requestor is required to complete to convey how this may be displayed.
- Non-profit or 501c3 entities are given priority.
- A final email to setup with our special orders group is done and the requestor is copied. This email also includes an invoice that provides the value of the donation.
